Argon-filled gloveboxes (dryboxes)


Small drybox:

  • MBraun LabStar glovebox filled with argon, 1 work-stand;
  • constant dynamic circulation with automatically regenerated gas purification system with removal of moisture and oxygen/oxides;
  • circuit feeded from gas cylinder with 99.999% argon (5N) with <1ppm H2O content;
  • 2 vacuum antechambers (small one and big one) connected to high-performance oil vacuum pump (possibility of obtaining vacuum up to 0.1 Pa);
  • total oxygen-containing impurities (moisture/oxygen/oxides) content inside the glovebox is smaller than 0.5ppm;
  • ceramic total oxygen analyzer;
  • there are magnetic stirrer, coin cell assembly post and digital analytical balance (d=0.0001g) inside the glovebox;
  • possibility of performing electrochemical measurements inside the glovebox (adequate cable leads available);
  • fully automated and programmable pumping of the large antechamber;
  • HEPA filters on the inlet and outlet of the circulation system (atmosphere inside free from small particles);

  • total impurities content inside the glovebox is smaller than 50ppm, work with pure lithium metal possible;
  • there are magnetic stirrers inside the glovebox;
  • possibility of performing electrochemical measurements inside the glovebox (adequate cable leads available);

Bigger drybox:

  • glovebox filled with argon, 4 work-stands;
  • constant dynamic circulation with gas purification system with removal of moisture and oxygen;
  • circuit feeded from gas cylinder with 99.999% argon (5N) with <1ppm H2O content;
  • 2 vacuum antechambers (small one and big one) connected to oil vacuum pump with molecular sieves (possibility of obtaining vacuum up to 10 Pa);
  • moisture content inside the glovebox is smaller than 25ppm (because of work with solvents)
  • electrochemical moisture probe;
  • there are magnetic stirrers and digital analytical balance (d=0.0001g) inside the glovebox;
  • possibility of performing electrochemical measurements inside the glovebox (adequate cable leads available);
